TESLA SUV MODEL Y
The model Y will be delivered in the US from autumn 2020, in Europe probably from the beginning of 2021.
At the beginning, as with the launch of the Model 3, exclusively higher-priced models will be offered. The entry-level version for the price of $ 39,000 with around 400 km range should be available on Tesla's home market from the spring of 2021, in Europe from 2022.
More compact than the Model X SUV, and larger than the Model 3, the Model Y vehicle will be the electric carmaker's fifth model. The SUV Model Y is initially sold from 55,000 € with an expected range of 540 km to the new, more realistic WLTP driving cycle. For a surcharge, four-wheel drive and a sports version are available, the latter should make it from 0-100 km/h in 3.7 seconds. Electricity for 270 km is charged in 15 minutes with Tesla's new, up to 250 kW "Supercharger V3" fast charger generation.
